History
Our journey began in 2019 as a humble beer garden, with just 20 seats and a simple yet enticing menu featuring wine, beer, tacos, and sliders. From the very beginning, we were committed to providing our guests with an unforgettable dining experience, characterized by warmth, hospitality, and a passion for great food.
Then, in 2020, when the world faced unprecedented challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we adapted and transformed. With outdoor dining becoming the new norm, we seized the opportunity to expand and evolve. Our cozy beer garden blossomed into a spacious 200-person seat restaurant, where guests could enjoy the outdoors while dining lakeside.
But we didn't stop there. Throughout the years, we've continued to push the boundaries of culinary creativity, introducing various concepts that reflect the diverse tastes and preferences of our loyal patrons.
In 2020 and 2021, we underwent exciting transformations, positioning our kitchen just steps away from the tranquil lake to offer mouthwatering burgers and sandwiches during the summer months which allowed guests to be up close with the cooking action. We also introduced Dock & Drink Winter, where we delighted guests with flavorful Italian cuisine and provided a cozy and inviting retreat that welcomed guests to escape the cold and indulge in hearty comfort food and warming cocktails.
During 2022, our guests reveled in the delights of sushi and a taco truck during the summer season. Then as the temperatures cooled, we shifted our focus to comforting flatbreads and warming dishes to keep spirits high during the winter months.
In 2023, we made things more permanent by introducing our very own food trailer on the dock, ensuring a more consistent dining experience for our guests. Our menu now features classic American fare, including mouthwatering smash burgers, savory hotdogs, and fresh salads, available year-round to satisfy your cravings in any season.
